If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled The Restaurant will receive cancelation email with the reason why the food is cancelled. if the reason is Our Driver We will cover 100% the food cost. GrubHub cover only 70%
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. In just few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
